Hi! We're Alysha and Elijah, the husband and wife team behind Royal Wildflower. We've loved storytelling for as long as we can remember. We especially love glimpses of stories through photos, and keepsakes that help preserve special memories. We believe the best gifts are the ones that remind us of the people and moments we never want to forget. Together, we design each piece with that in mind. Our lockets are designed by us and made by our production partners, so we can offer beautiful, affordable keepsakes that can be personalized with the memories that matter most. From adding your photos to carefully packaging every order, we put care into each one. Whether you're celebrating a wedding, remembering a loved one, surprising someone special, or treating yourself, we hope you find something here that you'll treasure for years to come. Are the flowers real?
Yes, every flower is the real deal! Each flower is carefully dried and arranged before it is preserved inside the locket. Natural variation is part of what makes each piece special.
How does the custom photo add-on work?
Choose the photo option while customizing your locket and upload a clear JPG or PNG image. We’ll size and crop it to sit neatly inside the open side of your locket. Please ensure that the photo looks good within the sizing window tool to ensure best results.
Will my locket look exactly like the photo?
Because every flower is real, color, shape, and placement will vary slightly. Product photos show the overall style; those small organic differences make every finished keepsake one of a kind.
How do I care for my locket?
Keep it dry, avoid perfume and lotions, and store it away from direct sunlight when you aren’t wearing it. A soft, dry cloth is all it needs. With proper care, the finish should last for two years or even longer.
What is your return or exchange policy?

At Royal Wildflower, we want you to love your locket! If something isn't right with your order, we're happy to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

Damaged or Broken Lockets

If your locket arrives broken or damaged, we'll replace it at no additional cost to you, including shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with a description of the issue and photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.

Returns & Refunds

If you're not completely happy with your locket, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Lockets must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of damage caused after delivery.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned locket, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different locket design? We're happy to exchange it!

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original locket back to us.

  • Your replacement locket and its shipping are provided at no additional cost.

  • The original locket must be returned in its original condition, with no signs of damage caused after delivery.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please contact Royal Wildflower before mailing your locket back so we can provide return instructions. Include your order information and let us know whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.

What if I don't add a photo? Or I want to print it myself?
You do not have to add a photo. We are happy to send you a free locket template to get you started if you'd prefer to print and secure a photo at home.
